Polaris Benefit Solutions (Polaris) is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) committed to employees, employers and members covered under collective bargaining agreements in developing, implementing and maintaining disability programs and a reliable disability income stream to disabled workers.

Through the establishment of a Voluntary Employee Benefit Association (VEBA), Polaris (through the VEBA) is able to provide a tax-free disability income stream to members of the VEBA.  

The partners of Polaris bring over thirty years of experience in the formation and administration of disability programs.
